Any students Grades 8-12 traveling on YKSD trips must adhere toThe tobacco, alcohol, and controlled substances policy of the ASAA requires students and parents to watch a video and sign an acknowledgement form. Get more information and watch the "Play for Keeps" video
All field trip requests must be completed and signed off at least two weeks prior to travel. The form is completed by the school administrator, then presented to the CSC for signature. Once signed by the CSC please forward it to the Office of the Superintendent at csaunders@yksd.com.
