Employee Portal Instructions
If you have an active Portal account and know all your login information:
- Go to YKSD website
- Select: Staff
- Select: Employee Portal
- On the left side of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
- Enter your login information.
If you have not set-up your Portal account:
- Go to YKSD website
- Select: Staff
- Select: Employee Portal
- On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
- Select: Create an account
- Follow the prompts.
To create an account you will need the following information: name, employee number, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, zip code, and birth date. Please email payroll@yksd.com if you have any questions.
If you have an account, but cannot remember your Portal Login information:
Forgot your user name OR email address:
- Email payroll@yksd.com and request the information.
Forgot your password:
- Go to YKSD website
- Select: Staff Links
- Select: Employee Portal
- On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
- Select: Forgot your password?
- Select: Reset Password
- A link will be emailed to your email address you used when you registered for Portal. Open the email, click the link to reset your password.
