• Employee Portal Instructions

    If you have an active Portal account and know all your login information:

    1. Go to YKSD website
    2. Select: Staff
    3. Select: Employee Portal
    4. On the left side of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
    5. Enter your login information.

    If you have not set-up your Portal account:

    1. Go to YKSD website
    2. Select: Staff
    3. Select: Employee Portal
    4. On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
    5. Select: Create an account
    6. Follow the prompts.

    To create an account you will need the following information: name, employee number, last 4 digits of your Social Security number, zip code, and birth date. Please email payroll@yksd.com if you have any questions.

    If you have an account, but cannot remember your Portal Login information:

    Forgot your user name OR email address:

    1. Email payroll@yksd.com and request the information.  

    Forgot your password:

    1. Go to YKSD website
    2. Select: Staff Links
    3. Select: Employee Portal
    4. On left of screen – select: Employee Portal Login
    5. Select: Forgot your password?
    6. Select: Reset Password
    7. A link will be emailed to your email address you used when you registered for Portal. Open the email, click the link to reset your password.
